Tulane University’s Stone Center for Latin American Studies and the Center for Public Service invite you to participate in a unique Summer program on the U.S.-Mexican border. Located specifically on the El Paso/Ciudad Juárez border, the program will focus on issues of justice and injustice as it affects marginalized populations in this border region. The main feature of this program is the combination of academic study with intensive community service.
